There are three scanning methods in this machine: power-on scanning, inter-operation scanning and manual scanning, so the machine is operating under the best coordinating status (digital circuit with auto-tuning), which can offset the performance deviation caused by various reasons. Three working modes: Time mode: time scope is between 0.01 0.99s, which can satisfy the welding soundness of various big parts. Energy mode: after the energy is set according to the parts requirement, the same amount of energy could be guaranteed for each part to be welded. This function is applicable for the products that have high demand on the appearance of the parts. Depth mode: electronic measurement is used. This mode is applicable for welding the products that have high demand on the air-tightness and water-tightness. Direct display function Each time after welding, the welding parameters under current mode are displayed (like time/power/ amplitude/frequency). PC Interface: With RS-232 PC interface welding parameter can be extracted. User Interface makes operation diagnostic and troubleshoting easier. Integrated design, the generator and operation counter are integrated so it occupies less space.
